Senior Quality Assurance Lead

We are seeking a QA Lead (5+ years experience) who can operate at both strategic and hands-on levels someone who can architect automation frameworks, lead high-performing teams, and embed quality into engineering at scale. This is not just a testing role. This is a quality transformation role. You will lead a team of 10+ QA engineers, define the automation strategy across Web, Mobile, and API layers, and integrate quality seamlessly into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins-driven). If you have experience in AI-driven systems or eCommerce platforms , thats a strong advantage.
