About the role
EDUCATION B.E. / B.Tech ( Polymer, Plastics, Plastics Processing ) 5 years of experience in technical support in Manufacturing company is required. Work location: Chakan in Pune. For customer support purpose, you have to visit site location to provide technical support resolve issues. OBJECTIVE Troubleshooting resolving customer feedback. To provide technical support to S M team SKILLS Communication Skill, Time Management, Problem-Solving Ability, Technical Skills Etc. JOB PROFILE Swift prompt response to queries raised by customer. Troubleshooting resolving any production related issue for our customer. Supporting development trails at customer for sales marketing team. Establishing processing guidelines, design guidelines, mold tooling guideline for our products. Identification of new processing technologies up gradation training of new technologies. Support in launch of new products in the market. Identification development of new applications to help improve business growth. Detail Technical report remedies recommendations Timely visit reports follow-up with customers.
