Lead Info Security Engineer

Responsibilities: ServiceNow Development & Configuration Design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow solutions across ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request). Configure and maintain Service Catalog items, Record Producers, Workflows, and Flow Designer flows. Implement clientside and serverside logic using: Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions and UI Policies Ensure solutions follow best practices for performance, security, and upgrade safety. CMDB & Data Management Configure and maintain CMDB data models, CI classes, relationships, and attributes. Support CMDB governance activities including: Data quality Reconciliation Normalization Integrate CMDB with ITSM processes and external data sources where applicable. Platform Governance & Quality Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development standards and coding best practices. Perform unit testing, peer code reviews, and support UAT and production deployments. Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues, defects, and performance bottlenecks. GRC (Good to Have) Implement, support or enhance ServiceNow GRC modules such as: Integrated Risk Management (IRM) Business Continuity Management (BCM) ThirdParty Risk Management (TPRM) Configure risk statements, controls, assessments, and workflows (as applicable). Qualifications: Mandatory 57 years of handson ServiceNow development experience Strong experience with: ITSM modules CMDB configuration and data modeling Service Catalog & Catalog Item creation REST APIs Integration Flow Designer Client-side and server-side scripting Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS Good understanding of ServiceNow security model (ACLs, roles, scoped apps) Experience working in enterprise or regulated environments Certifications (Preferred) ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) CIS - Risk and Compliance CIS - Third-Party Risk Management CIS - ITSM Good to Have Experience with GRC modules (IRM, BCM, TPRM) Exposure to Flow Designer and IntegrationHub Experience with REST/SOAP integrations Familiarity with Agile / ITILbased delivery models Some knowledge of Basic SQL Some knowledge of databases like MSSQL, SNOWFLAKE or any other DB.
