VP- Lead Product Owner- Issuer Services

As a Lead Product Owner at our firm, your role involves liaising between key Business/Product stakeholders and technology teams to promote development, operational stability, and quality process improvements while implementing Agile principles. You will be an agile practitioner with product and business knowledge, leading and managing people. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute the product vision, define specific features, break them into backlog items, and prioritize for the Scrum team. - Manage the product owner team, support delivery, business prioritization, and focus. - Create and communicate the Product Goal, Product Backlog Items, and ensure transparency and understanding of the Product Backlog. - Facilitate Agile development process, create high performing Agile teams, and ensure delivery of high-quality software. - Participate in agile ceremonies, sprint planning, refinements, reviews, retrospectives, and other activities. - Collaborate with stakeholders to build the product vision, roadmap, and release plan. - Generate and monitor periodic reports on team performance using Agile metrics. - Familiarity with SAFe framework and Program Increment planning. - Subject matter expert in confluence & JIRA for project management and reporting. - Influence stakeholders to maximize team output and remove impediments. - Identify, manage, and mitigate issues and risks, focusing on timely resolution. - Encourage and enact continuous improvement strategies for team productivity and deliverable quality. - Ensure compliance with Citibank policies and procedures for project delivery. - Partner with Agile coach and other teams to share best practices and resources for organizational agility. Qualifications Required: - 3-5 years of experience in Product Owner/Product Management role. - Deep understanding of Agile methodology and frameworks. - Experience in leading enterprise transformation projects in Agile environment. - Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to work with global teams. - Proficiency in JIRA, MS Office Tools, and strong data analysis skills. - Intellectual curiosity, analytical thinker, and attention to detail. - Ability to build networks, collaborate, and communicate effectively. - Project Management skills with experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
