LLM Engineer

Job Description LLM (Large Language Model) Engineer Role Summary As an LLM Engineer, you will design, develop, and deploy advanced AI models and algorithms to solve complex business problems across diverse industry sectors. You will work directly with the AI Solution Lead and cross-functional client teams (Saudi & UAE) to translate requirements into scalable AI solutions, ensuring models are robust, welldocumented, and aligned with business objectives. You will take ownership of building and maintaining LLMdriven capabilities, staying current with emerging AI technologies, and ensuring their effective integration into client environments. Expectations Design, develop, and implement AI models and algorithms to solve complex business problems Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems and processes Conduct research and stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies Analyze and interpret large datasets to extract meaningful insights and patterns Develop and maintain documentation for AI and Gen AI models, processes, and systems Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver AI solutions that meet business needs Education, Experience and Skill-Set Mandatory Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field 3 8 years of experience in AI, machine learning, or data science roles Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically and creatively Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or Java Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) Working knowledge of OpenAI, Gemini, Claude and other LLMs/SLMs Working knowledge of NLP, regular expressions, statistical methods, and data modelling techniques Preferred Professional certification in data analytics, machine learning, Gen AI or Agentic AI Experience with agentic AI technologies such as LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen etc Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their AI services (e.g. Azure AI Foundry) Prior experience in consulting or delivering solutions for BFSI/FMCG/Healthcare We arrange for travel to client location and ensure comfortable accommodation at the client-site for our employees. .
