About the role
As a Senior Azure Integration Platform Engineer, you will be responsible for the operational reliability, performance, and optimization of the Azure Integration Services (AIS) platform in enterprise environments. You will operate with significant autonomy, providing advanced technical support, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring platform services meet agreed service levels. Key Responsibilities: - Operate, maintain, and optimize Azure Integration Services, including Logic Apps (Consumption & Standard), API Management, Service Bus, Event Grid, and Azure Functions. - Ensure platform stability, availability, scalability, and performance by applying patches, upgrades, and platform updates in line with operational standards. - Monitor platform health and capacity using Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Log Analytics. - Respond to and resolve platform-level incidents, lead troubleshooting of complex integration and connectivity issues, and contribute to root cause analysis and continuous improvement actions. - Maintain Azure resource groups, policies, RBAC, Key Vaults, and support secure networking configurations including VNETs, subnets, NSGs, and private endpoints. - Manage API Management gateways, configurations, quotas, and diagnostics, support integration performance tuning and reliability improvements, and review and validate platform changes to minimize operational risk. - Maintain operational dashboards and service reporting, support Azure cost monitoring and optimization activities, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce operational overhead. - Guide and support junior engineers in day-to-day platform operations, review changes, deployments, and operational procedures, and contribute to documentation, runbooks, and operational standards. Qualification Required: - Strong hands-on experience with Azure Integration Services. - Solid knowledge of Azure networking, security, and governance. - Experience supporting production platforms and handling incidents and outages. - Proficiency with monitoring, alerting, and incident management tools.
