About the role
As an AI Engineer specializing in Generative AI, your role will involve designing, developing, and deploying AI/ML models for generative applications that drive creativity and automation. You will work with cross-functional teams to integrate AI seamlessly into products and solutions, continuously optimizing models for performance and efficiency, and staying updated on emerging AI technologies for practical adoption. Clear documentation to support reproducibility and team knowledge sharing will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement scalable AI/ML models for real-world applications. - Manage the end-to-end model lifecycle including data acquisition, pre-processing, training, validation, deployment, and monitoring. - Collaborate with data engineers, software developers, and product managers to integrate AI into products and solutions. - Continuously optimize models for performance, accuracy, and efficiency. - Stay updated on emerging AI technologies and research for practical adoption. - Maintain clear documentation to support reproducibility and team knowledge sharing. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors/Master's in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related field. - 2 to 5 years of experience in AI/ML model development. - Proven hands-on experience with Generative AI models such as GPT, LLaMA, Stable Diffusion, Midjourney, or similar models. - Strong programming skills in Python with experience in PyTorch/TensorFlow and Hugging Face. - Experience with APIs, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), and deployment tools like Docker and Kubernetes. - Solid understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or multimodal AI. - Immediate joiners will be preferred. Additional Details: - Experience with fine-tuning LLMs and building custom pipelines. - Familiarity with LangChain, RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation), or vector databases. - Knowledge of MLOps practices for deploying and scaling models.
