About\ the Role As a Backend\ Developer (.NET) , you will design, develop, and maintain scalable\ backend systems, APIs, and microservices powering modern applications. You will\ collaborate with frontend, product, DevOps, and data teams to deliver secure,\ reliable, and high-performance backend services aligned with business\ requirements. This role is ideal for experienced backend engineers with 7\8 years of strong hands-on .NET expertise ,\ deep knowledge of distributed systems, and the ability to design scalable and\ reliable backend architectures. Key\ Responsibilities Design and develop scalable, high-performance backend systems using .NET /\ .NET Core / .NET 7+ and C# Architect and implement microservices and distributed systems using clean\ architecture and SOLID principles Design and maintain high-quality RESTful APIs with versioning, security,\ performance tuning, and observability Lead backend architecture decisions, including scalability, resilience,\ caching, and messaging Design optimized database models and high-performance SQL queries\ (indexing, tuning, optimization, query plans) Implement async processing, parallelism, caching strategies, and\ high-throughput systems Integrate with Azure cloud services (App Service, Azure SQL, Functions,\ Service Bus, Storage, Event Grid, etc.) Ensure secure system design including authentication, authorization,\ encryption, and compliance practices Work closely with DevOps on CI/CD pipelines, containerization, monitoring,\ and reliability Conduct code reviews, technical mentoring, and design reviews Drive performance optimization, troubleshooting, and production stability Contribute to technical roadmap, architecture evolution, and engineering\ best practices Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environment What\ We\re Looking For Bachelor\degree in Computer Science / IT / related field 7\8 years of strong backend development experience using .NET / .NET Core Deep expertise in C#, OOP, SOLID principles, design patterns, and clean\ architecture Strong experience in Microservices, distributed systems, and scalable\ backend design Expertise in RESTful APIs, API security, and high-performance backend\ development Strong SQL Server experience (performance tuning, indexing, query\ optimization, high-scale data handling) Hands-on experience with Azure cloud ecosystem Experience with Messaging/Event-driven systems Strong knowledge of async/await, multithreading, caching, and performance\ tuning Experience with CI/CD, Git, Azure DevOps, and deployment automation Solid understanding of system reliability, monitoring, and observability Knowledge of authentication (JWT, OAuth), encryption, and secure\ architecture What\ We Offer A\ Purpose-Driven Mission We believe in using\ technology as a force for good\designing scalable, data-driven systems that\ enable smarter decisions and meaningful impact across industries.
