Role Overview

This role involves participating in fit-gap analysis and process modeling for process standardization, working closely with Area Leads and Process SMEs. The consultant will collaborate with lead RA to develop business requirements and provide time and user story point estimates, along with status updates for assigned stories. Key Responsibilities: Participates in fit-gap analysis and process modeling for process standardization with Area lead Process SME. Works with lead RA to develop business requirements. Provide times, user story point estimates, and status for all stories assigned. Authors and performs documents supporting validation of EBRs. Configures EBR in Development, Stage, and Production Environments. Address site-specific questions, use cases, and ER from Site EBR and PO. Works across teams to put requirements together for ER development. Provide HyperCare and Go-live support. Required Skills: Experience in Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to PharmaSuite MES. Working knowledge of IT Life Cycle management, IT Business Process Model, S95 model, and other IT processes. Excellent communication skills with strong command over written and spoken English. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and process improvement skills. Able to Perform IQOQ and develop validation documents. Knowledge of Pharmaceutical/Biotech manufacturing processes and/or manufacturing systems. Knowledge of MES. Qualifications: Experience Required: 6-8 years.
