Role Overview

This role is for a Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM) Engineer focused on configuring and supporting CIAM solutions, primarily leveraging Ping Identity and/or Strivacity platforms. The engineer will be responsible for onboarding various applications to enterprise CIAM services and implementing critical identity protocols to ensure secure access. Key Responsibilities: Configure and support CIAM solutions using Ping Identity and/or Strivacity platforms. Onboard web, mobile, and API-based applications to enterprise CIAM services. Implement Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and SAML integrations. Develop and maintain customer registration, login, password management, and profile management journeys. Troubleshoot authentication, federation, and access-related issues. Collaborate with application teams, security teams, and architects to deliver secure identity solutions. Support CIAM platform upgrades, enhancements, and operational activities. Create technical documentation, onboarding guides, and integration standards. Required Skills: 3–7 years of IAM/CIAM experience. Hands-on experience with Ping Identity and/or Strivacity platforms. Strong knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, JWT, and SCIM. Experience integrating applications using REST APIs and identity protocols. Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. Microsoft Identity And Access Management. Qualifications: 8-10 years of overall experience required. Preferred Skills: Ping Identity certifications. Experience with customer identity lifecycle management and adaptive authentication. Experience in Banking, Financial Services.
