Director - Program Management

As a Program Leader & Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for owning and driving end-to-end program management across multiple large-scale sites/geographies and cross-functional initiatives. This includes defining program scope, objectives, timelines, and success metrics aligned with business goals. You will ensure predictable delivery with strong governance, risk management, and reporting mechanisms. Additionally, you will lead program reviews, steering committees, and provide executive updates. Your role will also involve client engagement, where you will act as a primary client-facing leader, building strong relationships with senior stakeholders. You will translate client requirements into actionable program plans and execution strategies, manage escalations, expectations, and ensure high client satisfaction. In the realm of AI & Innovation Enablement, you will lead or contribute to programs involving AI/ML solutions, automation, or digital transformation. Collaboration with data science, engineering, and product teams to operationalize AI initiatives will be crucial. Identifying opportunities to embed AI into existing workflows to improve efficiency and outcomes will also fall within your responsibilities. Drawing on your operational knowledge, you will leverage prior operations experience to optimize processes, improve SLAs, and drive efficiency. Establishing scalable delivery frameworks, KPIs, and continuous improvement practices will be key. Additionally, you will be tasked with managing resource planning, utilization, and financial performance, including budgets, forecasting, and margins. As a Team Leader, you will build, mentor, and lead high-performing program and project management teams. Fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation will be essential. You will also drive capability development within the organization. Preferred Candidate Profile: - Bachelor's degree required - 15+ years of experience in program/project management, with at least 10+ years in leadership roles - Must be comfortable working from the office in a 24/7 environment.
