Director Program Management

As a Program Leader & Delivery Manager, your role involves owning and driving end-to-end program management across multiple large-scale sites and geographies. You will be responsible for defining program scope, objectives, timelines, and success metrics in alignment with business goals. Ensuring predictable delivery with strong governance, risk management, and reporting mechanisms will be crucial. Additionally, you will lead program reviews, steering committees, and provide executive updates. In client engagement, you will act as the primary client-facing leader, building strong relationships with senior stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include translating client requirements into actionable program plans and execution strategies, managing escalations, expectations, and ensuring high client satisfaction. Your role will also involve leading or contributing to programs involving AI/ML solutions, automation, or digital transformation. Collaboration with data science, engineering, and product teams to operationalize AI initiatives and identifying opportunities to embed AI into existing workflows to improve efficiency and outcomes will be key. Drawing from your operational knowledge, you will leverage prior experience to optimize processes, improve SLAs, and drive efficiency. Establishing scalable delivery frameworks, KPIs, and continuous improvement practices, as well as managing resource planning, utilization, and financial performance (budgets, forecasting, margins) will be part of your responsibilities. As a Team Leader, you are expected to build, mentor, and lead high-performing program and project management teams. Creating a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation, as well as driving capability development within the organization, will be essential for success in this role. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree required - 15+ years of experience in program/project management, with at least 10+ years in leadership roles - Must be comfortable working from the office in a 24/7 environment.
