Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Telecommunications, or a related technical discipline. MBA or Postgraduate degree in Product Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. 35 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in CPaaS, SaaS, Cloud Communications, Telecommunications, Messaging, Conversational AI, or Digital Platforms. Demonstrated experience in managing the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and requirements gathering to product launch and continuous enhancement.
