Senior Support Engineer-Splunk

Experience: 25 years Primary Skills: Splunk Enterprise power user minimum and operational support. Monitoring of SOC operations and security incidents. Basic administration of Splunk Enterprise Security. Health monitoring, troubleshooting and platform support. Log source onboarding and data validation. Dashboard maintenance and reporting. Incident triage and coordination with customer teams. Knowledge of Linux administration and scripting is desirable. Experience working in 24x7 managed services or SOC environments will be highly regarded. Automation background is appreciated. .
