Tech L2 Support Intern

Role Overview As a Tech L2 Support Intern at PhysicsWallah, you will have a crucial role in delivering seamless support to learners using a variety of PhysicsWallah products. Your main responsibility will involve working collaboratively with different teams to address technical issues, resolve them efficiently, and ensure student satisfaction. Key Responsibilities - Resolve Level 2 technical issues for over 60 PhysicsWallah products. - Conduct thorough diagnosis, investigation, and troubleshooting of user-reported concerns. - Collaborate with POD, Product, and Engineering teams to resolve issues effectively. - Keep students updated on the progress and ensure timely resolution of their concerns. - Accurately document issues, resolutions, and recurring trends. - Adhere to rotational shift schedules, including weekends and holidays as per the roster. Qualifications Required - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Effective verbal and written communication skills. - Capability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. - Basic understanding of technology concepts and troubleshooting. - Familiarity with SQL, Excel, APIs, or similar tools is advantageous. - Freshers are encouraged to apply, with preference given to immediate joiners.
