Talent Management Systems Analyst

As an Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) Software Solutions Analyst, your role involves analyzing client requirements to implement Oracle HCM software solutions, supporting seamless integration and utilization of Oracle HCM applications, and collaborating with clients to enhance talent management and achieve strategic objectives. You will conduct business analysis to identify opportunities for business process improvement and utilize Oracle SQL Developer and Oracle Database for effective data management and reporting. Additionally, you will engage in project management tasks, including project budgeting and workforce planning, and apply Oracle Business Intelligence Publisher for advanced reporting and analytics. You will also participate in employee engagement strategies and surveys to improve organizational culture, assist in the development of human resources metrics and policies to support HR transformation initiatives, and implement change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions within client organizations.
