As a Risk and Regulatory Director, you will leverage advanced analytical techniques to extract insights from large datasets and drive data-driven decision-making. Within our Risk Consulting practice, you will focus on utilizing your skills in data manipulation, visualization, and statistical modeling to support clients in solving complex business problems. As a Director, you will set the strategic direction and lead business development efforts. You will make impactful decisions and oversee multiple projects, maintaining executive-level client relations. Translating the vision, you set the tone and inspire others to follow. Your role is crucial in driving business growth, shaping the direction of client engagements, and mentoring the next generation of leaders.

Responsibilities

• Leading strategic initiatives in data analysis to drive business growth and client satisfaction

• Overseeing the development and implementation of advanced analytics techniques to extract insights from large datasets

• Guiding teams in leveraging data manipulation, visualization, and statistical modeling to solve complex business problems

• Building and maintaining executive-level client relationships to enhance data-driven decision-making

• Promoting technological advancements and fostering an environment where people and technology thrive together

• Identifying market gaps and converting opportunities into successful outcomes for the firm

• Developing new ideas, solutions, and structures to drive thought leadership in data analytics

• Mentoring and cultivating the potential of future leaders within the organization

• Validating data integrity, security, and compliance within analytics frameworks

• Collaborating across the PwC Network to maximize client satisfaction and scale efficiencies

• What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree

• At least 8 years of experience

• Oral and written proficiency in English required

• What Sets You Apart

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Engineering, Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Computer and Information Science, Economics, Finance

• At least one of the following: A Certification in databases (Databricks, MS SQL), visualization tools (Power BI), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), or predictive modeling/ML (Python, SAS)

• Demonstrating proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools like Power BI and Tableau

• Utilizing advanced data modeling techniques to drive strategic insights

• Leading initiatives in predictive analytics and machine learning applications

• Cultivating executive-level client relationships to enhance business growth

• Promoting technological advances to create environments where people and technology thrive together
