Job Overview We are hiring an AI Engineering Manager to lead a team of engineers in designing, building, and operating productiongrade GenAI and agentic AI solutions that power global products and services. This is a handson leadership role combining deep AI/ML engineering expertise with team management and stakeholder collaboration, ensuring secure, scalable, and observable AI systems that deliver measurable value. Key Highlights - Lead and mentor AI engineers, setting standards and driving innovation. - Architect and implement GenAI/agentic AI solutions using GCP Vertex AI and Microsoft AI / Azure AI Foundry. - Embed MLOps/DevOps practices (CI/CD, infra as code, monitoring, incident response). - Ensure security, privacy, and governance across AI solutions. - Collaborate with global teams to shape AI roadmaps and deliver business impact. Candidate Profile - Solid handson experience with AI/ML/LLM solutions in production. - Proven leadership of AI/ML engineering teams in global setups. - Deep expertise in Vertex AI, agentic workflows, and LLM fundamentals. - Solid grounding in security, compliance, and observability. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills .
