Key Skills Python, SQL, Machine Learning (Mandatory), PySpark (Good to Have) Statistical Modelling, Predictive Analytics, Customer Segmentation, Customer Behaviour Analytics, Pricing Analytics, Promotional Strategy Analytics, Decision Trees, Regression Analysis, Classification Models, Time Series Forecasting, Random Forest etc. Responsibilities - Build and deploy machine learning and statistical models to solve complex business problems. Develop predictive models and customer analytics solutions that drive business decisions. Apply advanced analytical techniques to customer segmentation, pricing, promotions, and behavioural analytics. Translate business challenges into scalable data science solutions. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver actionable insights and measurable business impact. Work across the complete model lifecycle, from problem definition to deployment and optimization. Preferred candidate profile 4 to 7 years of hands-on experience in Applied Data Science or Machine Learning. Strong programming skills in Python and SQL. Experience with PySpark is an added advantage. Strong understanding of traditional Data Science and Machine Learning concepts. Experience working on customer-focused analytics problems. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Strong communication skills. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Physics, or a related quantitative discipline. Preferred Candidate Profile Candidates with strong experience in customer analytics, retail analytics, consulting, or CPG/FMCG analytics environments will be preferred.
