About the job AlgoSec Network Security Engineer/ Security Consultant 10 years firewall management experience Certified in AlgoSec Algosec, Cisco ASA, CheckPoint, Splunk, FortiGate Firewall Rulebase best practices NAT, VPNs, IPS/IDS, Networking, TCP/IP Security Design/Architecture knowledge Experience managing Netskope desirable. Cisco WSA desirable CISSP, any other industry accredited certifications Excellent Communication and participate in customer stand up meeting Job Description Assisting project with firewall policy flows (identifying required rules for application flows, VPN/NAT connectivity requirements). Firewall Policy/Rule design if required. Implementation of firewall rules changes as per project requirements. Firewall rule revalidation Security control Optimisation Firewall rule housekeeping IPS, IDS, antivirus, antibot configuration review Policies, procedures, and standards Review and approval of patch and signatures updates Review and approval of infrastructure upgrades Security control change compliance Participation and input to network security architecture .
