Analyst -Training and Compliance Enabling (SharePoint Developer)

Job Summary: We are looking for an Analyst Training and Compliance Enabling with 1+ years of professional experience and a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline) . The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with LMS tools, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps & Power Automate), Power BI, and Microsoft 365 . The candidate should possess excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills and be willing to work in the US Night Shift . Client Company: Leading IT Services / Consulting Location: Chennai Work Mode: Remote (Work From Home) Employment Type: Permanent / Full-Time Experience: 1+ Years Shift: US Night Shift (5:30 PM 2:30 AM IST, subject to Daylight Saving Time) Joining: Candidates should be able to join within 15 days CTC: Up to 6 LPA Key Responsibilities Provide customer support during the US Night Shift (5 days a week). Work on LMS tools and process user requests. Perform day-to-day operational activities based on customer requirements. Create, update, and maintain process-related documentation. Interact with customers and support reporting activities. Perform periodic updates to SharePoint and Power BI dashboards. Ensure compliance with organizational processes and customer requirements. Educational Qualification Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline). Technical Skills SharePoint Develop, customize, and deploy SharePoint Online sites, lists, libraries, and content types. Customize SharePoint list forms using Power Apps, JSON column formatting, and PnP scripts. Implement reusable templates, site designs, and branding components. Microsoft Power Platform Design and develop business process automation using Power Automate and Power Apps. Build approval workflows, data validation, and notification systems integrated with SharePoint. Integrate SharePoint with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Excel, and other Microsoft 365 applications. Reporting & Integration Create reports and dashboards using Power BI connected to SharePoint data sources. Integrate SharePoint data with Excel, SQL, or third-party applications. Additional Technical Skills Experience working with LMS tools. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint). Required Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to collaborate with business users and translate requirements into SharePoint solutions. Ability to produce high-quality work under time-critical and high-pressure situations. Agile, self-driven, and capable of working with minimal supervision. Experience with healthcare domain tools will be an added advantage.
