Head - Supply Chain - Digital Transformation

As the Head of Supply Chain (Digital Transformation), you will be leading digital transformation initiatives within the supply chain domain on a global scale. Your main focus will be on developing and executing the supply chain digital transformation strategy across planning, logistics, distribution, and customer service to establish a best-in-class digital supply chain. Your key responsibilities will include: - Driving the digital transformation of the global supply chain to ensure real-time visibility in supply chain execution through end-to-end connected logistics digitalization. - Implementing supply chain analytics and decision augmentation capabilities to enhance supply chain performance. - Enabling digital solutions for supply chain planning excellence. - Orchestrating supply chain capabilities using data and analytics maturity. - Owning the product roadmap for digital supply chain solutions, prioritizing features based on customer needs and market trends. To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skillset: - Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful digital transformation strategies in complex supply chain environments. - Preferably hold an APICS certification. - Strong product ownership experience. - 18-25 years of experience in supply chain management with a focus on digital transformation. - Sound understanding of supply chain planning processes such as demand forecasting, inventory management, and production planning. - Experience with SAP APO or other advanced planning systems. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively influence stakeholders at all levels. - Proven change management skills to drive adoption of new technologies and processes. This position is based in Gurgaon/Gurugram.
