The role focuses on driving end-to-end automation, improving test coverage, accelerating releases, and enabling AI-driven quality insights. The candidate will lead automation delivery, support testing governance, and ensure UAT readiness and client sign-off coordination. Hands-on experience with Robot Framework is mandatory. Base Location: Mumbai Key Responsibilities 1. Automation Strategy & Leadership Define and implement automation strategy across:Functional, API, and regression testingEstablish:Automation frameworks, coding standards, and reusable componentsDrive:Automation coverage, stability, and ROI metricsIdentify automation opportunities across business flows2. Test Automation Development Design, develop, and maintain:Scalable automation frameworks using Robot FrameworkAutomate:Functional and regression test scenariosEnsure:Script reusability, maintainability, and robustnessIntegrate automation into:CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing3. System & Integration Testing Validate end-to-end system workflows across:Distributed and integrated applicationsSupport testing across:APIs, batch systems, and UI layersContribute to:Integration validation and data flow verification4. Testing, Validation & Quality Governance Own:End-to-end testing lifecycle (SIT, Integration, UAT support)Support:Test planning, scenario design, and executionPerform:Data validation and reconciliation checksLead:Defect triage, root cause analysis, and trackingEnsure:Quality deliverables and production readiness5.
