Delivery Head QA + Automation testing + Banking domain (Navi Mumbai)

As a Delivery Head (QA + Automation Testing) in the Banking domain at QualityKiosk Technologies Ltd, you will be responsible for leading large-scale delivery operations, driving digital transformation, and owning P&L accountability for Banking domain clients. Your role will be crucial in contributing to the achievement of organizational goals by collaborating effectively with internal stakeholders, maintaining a positive attitude, and adapting to evolving needs. Building and maintaining solid partnerships will be essential for driving portfolio performance and consistently improving delivery excellence. Key Responsibilities & Deliverables: - Possess 15+ years of experience in the IT industry, preferably in the service-based IT industry. - Demonstrate 8-12 years of proven capabilities in strategic project management and leading mid to large service-oriented teams to drive profitability, customer success, and people success agenda. - Lead Agile, DevOps, technology, and digitization automation-driven projects with banking domain knowledge. - Ensure strong delivery and technology excellence while understanding the business value to be delivered to clients with appropriate cost/quality. Required Experience: - Contribute to strategic and policy development and their implementation within the organization. - Allocate accountability among staff, manage career development, advise on technology-related issues, and engage in short/medium/long-term planning. - Apply advanced knowledge to develop new methods, programs, and procedures while advising Senior Management on testing issues. - Support new business propositions and bid management/account management teams. Key Activities: - Undertake additional responsibilities as required by the business. - Review and finalize the budget for engagements. - Ensure project parameters like schedule, quality, profitability, utilization, productivity, scope, and risks are monitored and closed/complied with. - Provide strategic directions to the Testing Function. - Engage in policy development and roll out quality processes for the Testing function. - Develop Testing Competency aligned with organizational needs and industry-wide best practices. - Manage the Overall Testing Community and advise on business development and project issues. - Implement new and best practices across testing projects, supporting Senior Management in testing-related decisions. - Prepare and review new business propositions for bid management/account management. Professional Qualifications: - B.Tech/B.E./MCA with good academic track record + MBA (preferred). - Possess 1-2 globally accepted certifications.
