We are hiring for Test Manager at QualityKiosk Technologies Location: Navi Mumbai (Mahape) Positions: 2 Role Snapshot - Location: Mumbai (Work from Office) - Experience: 10+ years - Domain: Life/General Insurance (Mandatory) - Client Exposure: Indian clients (preferred 3+ engagements) Why This Role - Lead end-to-end QA delivery for Insurance programs with solid ownership - Drive transition from traditional QA to AI-led Quality Engineering - Be part of TCoE-driven transformation and innovation initiatives - Influence automation, AI adoption, and next-gen quality practices - Work closely with business leaders and clients to shape outcomes Key Responsibilities - Own end-to-end QA delivery including planning, execution, and governance - Define and implement test strategies aligned to TCoE frameworks - Drive hybrid QA programs (manual + automation) with increasing automation coverage - Embed AI-led QE practices such as GenAI-assisted testing and predictive quality insights - Manage risks, metrics, and stakeholder expectations effectively - Ensure high client satisfaction and delivery excellence AI-led Quality Engineering - Aptitude to understand and apply AI/GenAI in QA lifecycle - Drive use cases like test generation, defect prediction, and intelligent prioritization - Leverage tools for productivity gains - Champion shift-left, continuous testing, and CI/CD integration Transformation & TCoE Impact - Drive QE transformation initiatives across the engagement - Contribute to TCoE through reusable assets, accelerators, and governance standards - Improve cycle time, cost, and quality through automation and innovation - Enable scalable and standardized testing practices Experience & Skills - 10+ years in IT with 5+ years in Test Management - Strong Life/General Insurance domain expertise (mandatory) - Experience managing medium to large QA teams (40+ size exposure) with Automation strategy - Strong Agile/DevOps and end-to-end testing exposure What We Are Looking F .
