Facilitate internal knowledge-sharing sessions and enable piloting of new curriculum modules (e.g., AI, Computational Thinking) through iterative design and reflection cycles. Develop insight briefs, reflection reports, and case studies to capture key learnings, challenges, and opportunities. Share synthesized insights in organizational learning spaces to strengthen learner-centered design practices. Collaborate with Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) teams to align evidence-generation efforts with learning outcomes. Requirements Strong analytical skills with demonstrated experience in tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, or equivalent platforms. Proficiency in working with both qualitative and quantitative data. Understanding of learning sciences, curriculum design, or human-centered design principles.
