Software Tester - Functional Testing

As a Functional Software Tester at Rubix Wealth Advisors Private Limited, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our in-house CRM platform meets the high standards required for wealth management operations. Your primary responsibilities will involve testing various functionalities of the CRM system, including client onboarding, AUM tracking, investment transactions, reporting, compliance workflows, and more. You will need to have a strong grasp of financial products and wealth management operations to excel in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct end-to-end functional testing of the internal CRM platform - Familiarize yourself with business workflows related to wealth management and client servicing - Create detailed test cases, test scenarios, and test plans based on BRDs - Verify client onboarding processes, transaction accuracy, reports, dashboards, and compliance modules - Perform regression testing for new features and enhancements - Identify, report, and retest defects in collaboration with the development team - Assist Relationship Managers and Operations teams during UAT - Validate data accuracy, financial calculations, and reports - Ensure that CRM workflows adhere to compliance and regulatory standards - Maintain comprehensive documentation of testing cycles Required Skills & Experience: - 25 years of experience in Functional / Manual Testing - Previous exposure to Financial Services, Wealth Management, Broking, NBFC, AMC, or Fintech industries - Proficiency in client onboarding & KYC processes, investment lifecycle, financial reporting, and commission tracking - Ability to create test cases, conduct regression testing, and follow SDLC & STLC processes - Familiarity with defect tracking tools like JIRA - Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail - Capability to validate financial calculations and ensure data accuracy Good to Have: - Past involvement in financial industries or IT companies dealing with financial processes - Experience in testing CRM systems - Basic knowledge of SQL for backend data validation - Exposure to API testing tools such as Postman - Understanding of compliance processes in wealth management Educational Qualification: - B.E. / B.Tech / BCA / B.Sc (IT / Computer Science) Why Join Rubix: - Opportunity to contribute to building and testing a CRM system from scratch in a startup environment - Direct involvement in wealth management operations and investment products - High level of ownership and steep learning curve - Fast-paced, growth-oriented culture As a Functional Software Tester at Rubix Wealth Advisors Private Limited, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our in-house CRM platform meets the high standards required for wealth management operations.
