Role Overview: Quin is seeking a Growth Data Scientist to utilize consumer and device data effectively in order to drive user engagement, retention, in-app behavior, feature adoption, conversion rates, and long-term customer value. This role involves analyzing data, conducting experiments, and implementing product improvements to achieve measurable impacts. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze user behavior across different platforms and stages - Identify drop-offs, power-user behaviors, and engagement patterns - Design and execute A/B and multivariate experiments - Translate data insights into actionable product improvements - Develop predictive models for churn prediction, user segmentation, conversion likelihood, and engagement scoring - Collaborate with marketing for optimization of acquisition, activation, and retention funnels - Ensure that insights lead to tangible outcomes and measurable business impact Qualification Required: - 48+ years of experience in Data Science, Product Analytics, or Growth Analytics - Strong proficiency in Python and SQL - Experience with A/B testing, funnel analysis, cohort analysis, and statistical modeling - Ability to drive action, lead collaboration, and influence product and marketing decisions - Nice to have: Experience in consumer apps, wearables, or IoT products, exposure to machine learning for user segmentation or prediction If you are passionate about working on a mission-driven product with real-world impact, contributing to high-visibility growth initiatives, and being part of a dynamic team operating at the forefront of hardware and AI, Quin offers an exciting opportunity for you.
