About the role
Join Quince's operations research team to build and optimise supply chain planning solutions. You'll develop production-grade optimisation models that improve warehouse routing, transportation, inventory planning, and logistics decisions while collaborating with global teams. Responsibilities: Build and deploy optimisation models for supply chain planning.Solve routing, transportation, inventory, and network optimisation problems.Design, test, and improve OR models using LP, MIP, CP, and heuristic techniques.Apply AI/LLMs to accelerate model development and experimentation.Partner with engineering and business teams to deliver scalable solutions.Monitor model performance and continuously optimise production systems. Requirements: 5-8 years of experience in operations research or data science.Strong knowledge of Linear Programming (LP), Mixed Integer Programming (MIP), Constraint Programming (CP), heuristics, network flow, and vehicle routing.Experience in supply chain, logistics, or transportation optimisation.Proficiency in Python and optimisation solvers (e. g., Gurobi, OR-Tools, and CPLEX).Experience deploying machine learning/optimisation models into production.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Master's or PhD in operations research, industrial engineering, computer science, statistics, applied mathematics, or a related quantitative field.Experience working with AI-assisted optimisation and cross-functional global teams. .
