Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. - 8+ years of experience in frontend development. - 2+ years of experience leading and mentoring a team of developers. - Strong experience with JavaScript, Android or iOS, and React Native. - Experience with performance optimization, debugging, and problem-solving. - Proficiency in Agile development environments. - Excellent communication and leadership skills. - Familiarity with Git, Jira, and other development tools.
