As a Full Stack MERN Developer, you will play a crucial role in developing scalable web applications, eCommerce platforms, SaaS products, and marketplace solutions. You should have expertise in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. Your responsibilities will include: - Building Admin Panels, User Portals, and Vendor Dashboards - Integrating Payment Gateways such as Razorpay, Stripe, and PayPal - Implementing Subscription Models, recurring payments, invoices, and receipts - Ensuring application security with JWT Authentication and Role-Based Access Control - Utilizing WebSockets/Socket.IO for real-time chat modules and notifications - Optimizing performance with Redis for caching and AWS S3 for file management - Ensuring frontend responsiveness, performance optimization, and backend scalability Your qualifications should include: - Strong experience in JavaScript (ES6+), REST APIs, and Database Design - Hands-on experience with Firebase for Authentication and Push Notifications - Familiarity with AWS services, CDN integration, and TypeScript/Next.js - Exposure to M-Pesa Integration, Docker & CI/CD, and Queue Management (Bull Queue/RabbitMQ) You should have worked on eCommerce or Marketplace Applications, Real-Time Chat & Notification Systems, Payment & Subscription-Based Platforms, and End-to-End Product Development. Additionally, you must be able to explain Project Architecture, Database Design, Authentication Flow, Payment Flow, and Deployment & Scalability Approach. In terms of behavioral expectations, you are expected to demonstrate Strong Ownership & Accountability, Leadership Mindset, Excellent Problem-Solving Skills, Good Communication & Team Collaboration, and the ability to work independently and drive features to completion.
