Position: Full Stack Mern Developer Experience: 2-3 Years(required) Location: Hyderabad(Onsite) Employment Type: Full-Time We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack MERN Developer with strong experience in building scalable web applications, eCommerce platforms, SaaS products, and marketplace solutions. The ideal candidate should be confident in both frontend and backend development and capable of independently handling complete feature development. Required Technical Skills Strong experience in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js Expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), REST APIs, and Database Design Experience building Admin Panels, User Portals, and Vendor Dashboards Hands-on experience with WebSockets / Socket.IO, real-time chat modules, and notifications Strong knowledge of JWT Authentication, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), and application security Experience integrating Payment Gateways (Razorpay, Stripe, PayPal, etc.) Experience implementing Subscription Models, recurring payments, invoices, and receipts Good understanding of Redis for caching and performance optimization Experience with AWS S3, CDN integration, and file management Hands-on experience with Firebase (Authentication, Push Notifications, etc.) Strong understanding of frontend responsiveness, performance optimization, and backend scalability Good to Have M-Pesa Integration Docker & CI/CD AWS Services Queue Management (Bull Queue/RabbitMQ) TypeScript / Next.js Project Exposure Required Candidates should have worked on: eCommerce or Marketplace Applications Real-Time Chat & Notification Systems Payment & Subscription-Based Platforms End-to-End Product Development Must be able to explain: Project Architecture Database Design Authentication Flow Payment Flow Deployment & Scalability Approach Behavioral Expectations Strong Ownership & Accountability Leadership Mindset Excellent Problem-Solving Skills Good Communication & Team Collaboration Ability to work independently and drive features to completion Preferred: Candidates who have built and deployed production-grade applications and can confidently discuss their project contributions and technical decisions. .
