ServiceNow Developer Talent Incubator Program Experience: 2-5 Years Location: Pune (Balewadi) Work Mode: Work from Office (5 Days) shift - Rotational Night Shift as per US time Job Description We are looking for passionate ServiceNow Developers with 13 years of hands-on experience to join our Talent Incubator Program (TIP) . This instructor-led program is designed to develop project-ready ServiceNow Consultants through enterprise-focused training, hands-on labs, real-world implementation projects, and mentorship from experienced ServiceNow professionals. Key Responsibilities Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications. Configure Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs, Flow Designer, and Service Catalog. Work on ITSM implementations, integrations, and platform enhancements. Participate in hands-on labs, assessments, and a real-world capstone project. Collaborate with project teams while following ServiceNow best practices. Required Skills 2–5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience. ServiceNow CSA Certification (Mandatory). Good knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ITIL concepts. Experience with Business Rules, Client Scripts, Flow Designer, Service Catalog, and ITSM. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills Exposure to CMDB, Discovery, HRSD, GRC, SecOps, ITOM, CSM, IntegrationHub, REST APIs, Virtual Agent, or AI capabilities will be an added advantage.
