Technical Business Analyst (Payments) Location: Turbhe, Mumbai Band: B2 Experience: 25 Years Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/MCA Budget: Up to 9 LPA Joining: Immediate to June Joiners Preferred Job Summary We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst with experience in the Payments domain to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams. The ideal candidate should possess robust analytical skills, understanding of payment systems, and hands-on experience with SQL/PLSQL. Exposure to ETL processes will be an added advantage. Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements. Work closely with business users, development teams, and support teams to understand payment processing requirements. Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and user stories. Analyze payment transaction flows, interfaces, and system integrations. Perform data analysis using SQL/PLSQL queries. Support UAT, SIT, and production validation activities. Coordinate with technical teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions. Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions. Assist in troubleshooting payment-related issues and data discrepancies. Prepare reports, dashboards, and project documentation. Required Skills Experience in Payments Domain (NEFT, RTGS, UPI, IMPS, Cards, Banking Payments, etc.). Robust SQL/PLSQL knowledge. Experience in requirement gathering and stakeholder management. Ability to create BRD, FRD, process flows, and functional specifications. Positive communication and analytical skills. Preferred Skills Exposure to ETL tools and data migration projects. Knowledge of Banking and Financial Services domain. Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
