AI Frontend Engineer

You are a highly skilled Senior React Developer / AI Frontend Engineer with expertise in React.js, TypeScript, and modern frontend development. You have experience in building AI-powered applications, conversational interfaces, and interactive user experiences while collaborating closely with product, design, and engineering teams. This role requires you to bring design thinking, innovative ideas, and proactive problem-solving to the team. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React.js and TypeScript. - Build and optimize conversational AI interfaces, chat-based experiences, and interactive UI components. - Integrate frontend applications with backend services built using Node.js and Python. - Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions. - Contribute to UI/UX decisions and provide recommendations to improve user experience. - Work with AI/LLM-powered applications, including chatbot and conversational AI solutions. - Ensure application performance, responsiveness, scalability, and code quality. - Participate in architecture discussions and contribute ideas for continuous improvement. Required Skills: - 5+ years of hands-on experience in React.js development. - Strong proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3. - Experience with modern frontend frameworks and responsive design principles. - Solid understanding of frontend architecture and component-based development. - Experience integrating frontend applications with Node.js and/or Python backend services. - Experience developing conversational AI applications, AI copilots, chatbots, or LLM-powered solutions. - Knowledge of REST APIs, WebSockets, and real-time communication. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. - Proactive mindset with the ability to contribute ideas and challenge assumptions constructively. Preferred Skills: - Experience with OpenAI, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, LangChain, or similar AI technologies. - Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) implementations. - Knowledge of Next.js, Tailwind CSS, Material UI, or similar frameworks. - Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
