Global Business Intelligence Lead

As a Global Business Intelligence Associate Director at Randstad Sourceright, your role involves partnering with BI stakeholders within RSR to provide business solutions through data. You will be responsible for reporting, analytics, and visualization dashboards for Randstads largest strategic client, developing processes to consolidate, automate, and improve reporting for both external clients and internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Partner with BI stakeholders to provide business solutions through data - Develop and improve reporting, analytics, and visualization dashboards - Act as a leader and liaison to data scientists and data engineers - Support requests for specialized niche analytics - Manage a heavy workload of data reporting and ad hoc requests in a fast-paced environment - Create innovative solutions customized to client/stakeholder needs Qualifications Required: - 12-15+ years of data-focused experience in BI/Analytics - 5 years in a leadership role managing global remote teams - Experience in creating and executing BI and AI/Automation roadmaps - Knowledge and experience in recruitment and business process outsourcing - Proven work experience as a Data Scientist, Data Analyst, or similar role - Strong analytical mind and communication skills - Proficiency in SQL, data wrangling, and BI platforms like Domo, Tableau, or PowerBI - Experience with ML methods, Google Cloud Platform, and ETL tools - Ability to engage with global teams, prioritize projects, and deliver outstanding results In this role, you will work closely with RSR internal stakeholders such as C-Suite, Finance, Regional Managing Directors, Vice Presidents, and operational account leaders. Your expertise in data solutions and BI will be crucial in driving business success and delivering meaningful insights to support the organization's objectives.
