Tech Stack: Python, pandas, NumPy, Jupyter, Scikit-learn, AWS, Terraform, EKS What You'll Do: Hire, lead, and mentor a high-performing AI/ML team Drive research and transform prototypes into product features Partner with Product and Engineering on roadmap execution Foster collaboration across teams and ensure career growth for team members Stay hands-on with security and data science developments You Bring: 10+ years in Software/Data Engineering, 3+ years leading teams Strong cross-functional leadership and project delivery skills Experience with remote teams, customer-centric thinking, and high-impact project management Bonus: Security domain experience, AWS pipelines, production model deployment Bonus Skills: Experienced in predictive modeling and anomaly detection with recent hands-on Python work. Proficient in Jupyter, pandas, scikit-learn, Git, SageMaker, and AWS. Background in the security industry with a strong track record of building scalable data science pipelines in AWS.
