Role Overview: Highly skilled Power Platform Developer & AI Consultant who can design, develop, and deliver scalable solutions using Power Platform and AI capabilities. This role involves end-to-end ownership from requirement gathering to solution design and implementation. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement Power Platform solutions using: SharePoint, Dataverse, Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio / AI capabilities Understand business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions Define solution architecture including data models, environment strategy, and integrations Design and implement Dataverse security models and environment strategies Build AI-driven solutions using Copilot Studio and automation capabilities Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical recommendations Ensure high-quality delivery through testing, debugging, and performance optimization Communicate effectively with stakeholders and ensure transparency on progress and blockers Lead or contribute to solution design discussions and best practices Provide support and enhancements for existing applications

Required Skills & Experience: Strong hands-on experience with: Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate o Dataverse (data modeling, security, relationships), SharePoint integration Experience with Copilot Studio / AI Builder / conversational agents • Strong understanding of environment strategy, ALM, and governance Ability to design scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions • Strong communication and client interaction skills
