Piping Material Engineer (Oil and Gas)

Prepare Piping Material Specification for process and Utility Services. Calculation of Pipe Wall thickness, Branch Reinforcement ,Line Blank etc. as per code. Prepare component commodity code for company and project specific database. Prepare Technical purchase specification, BE for all piping bulk components and specialty items. Vendor drawing review for piping items. Prepare List of Valves, Specialty Items, Uncounted Items, Etc. Coordination with Piping design and stress, Process, Instrumentation, Mechanical, Procurement, Parent Office etc. Perform MTO (Material take off) and control the Piping Items quantity, monitor the surplus and shortages of piping items.
