As an Application Engineer for the High Efficiency Heat Exchangers product portfolio, your key responsibilities will include: - Securing application expertise and leadership for the product portfolio - Monitoring trends and developments in specific industries related to legislation, technology, and competitor intelligence - Developing design guidelines for optimized applications - Supporting Sales companies with expertise and customer meetings - Sharing application knowledge through internal and external training You will collaborate closely with Sales Companies, Marketing teams, and Product Management. Reporting to the Global Sales Manager in BU WCT, this position will be based in Pune, India, with expected travel of approximately 15-20 days per year. Alfa Laval offers a hybrid work model with the flexibility to work from home as needed. To excel in this role, you should be a highly motivated individual with a passion for technical processes and solutions. Strong networking skills, cross-border collaboration experience, and target-oriented problem-solving abilities are essential. A solid engineering or technical background with proven experience in the Power industry is required, along with excellent communication skills in English.
