In 2024, Rentokil PCI strengthened its market leadership by acquiring HiCare, expanding its services and footprint further For more details: https://www.rentokil-pestcontrolindia.com About the Role: - The Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering, analysing, and documenting business requirements to ensure accurate implementation and alignment with project goals. - The incumbent will report to the Assistant General Manager. The incumbent will have to work as part of a multi-functional team, and this involves collaboration with the internal team and external stakeholders. Job Responsibilities: - Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to gather business requirements for various projects - Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to elicit detailed and accurate requirements - Analyse collected information to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and potential challenges - Create clear and concise requirement documents, including functional/non-functional specifications, use cases, process flows, and user stories - Assist in prioritisation and validation of requirements with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives - Participate in review sessions with stakeholders and project teams to ensure an accurate understanding of requirements - Support the resolution of requirement-related conflicts or issues during the project lifecycle - Collaborate with design and development teams to ensure proper implementation of requirements - Maintain and update the requirement documentation throughout the project lifecycle - Analyze current business processes ("As-Is") and design optimized future-state workflows ("To-Be"). - Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring the final product meets the defined business requirements and acceptance criteria. - Create high-quality documentation, including User Stories, Process Flow Diagrams, and Functional Specifications.
