About the role
Role Overview: You will be the Software Tester responsible for ensuring the quality, performance, and reliability of the ServiceNow platform at Takeda. Your role will involve leading and participating in testing activities across multiple ITOM modules, collaborating with various stakeholders, and shaping the testing strategy to drive the adoption of best practices. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with business analysts and product owners to understand requirements and develop test strategies tailored to ServiceNow ITOM modules. - Execute functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing on various ITOM modules like Discovery, Service Mapping, Event management, CMDB, etc. - Build, enhance, and maintain automation scripts using tools like ServiceNow ATF and Selenium. - Collaborate closely with developers, architects, and business stakeholders to ensure testable requirements and verifiable outcomes. - Mentor junior team members on testing practices and drive the adoption of testing best practices within the organization. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 2+ years of testing experience dedicated to ServiceNow ITOM modules. - Proficiency in ServiceNow ITOM and ITSM modules. - Experience with manual and automated testing methodologies, Agile/Scrum methodology, and tools like JIRA. - Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
