We at Fusion Practices are seeking a Senior Oracle EPM Consultant to drive the functional delivery of Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS/EPBCS) implementations. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of functional expertise and technical configuration capabilities to build scalable, high -impact planning solutions. Key Responsibilities: - End -to -End Ownership of Oracle PBCS/EPBCS implementationsleading from requirements gathering through solution design, development, testing, UAT, training, and deployment. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze and align budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring system designs reflect real -world planning needs. - Design and implement planning models for: - Financial Planning (expenses, revenue forecasting) - Workforce Planning (headcount, compensation, bonuses) - CapEx Planning (asset lifecycle, depreciation) - Project Planning and Cash Flow Forecasting - Configure Oracle Planning applications: metadata management, forms, task flows, security model, and business rules (Groovy /native scripts). - Integrate Oracle PBCS with Oracle ERP/HCM Cloud and external systems, ensuring automation and data integrity. - Utilize EPM Automate and other tools to streamline processes, schedule tasks, and manage lifecycle operations. - Support cross -product collaboration with adjacent modules like PCMCS, FCCS, Narrative Reporting, and Tax Reporting. - Coordinate and lead functional design workshops, create BRDs/FDDs, and support stakeholder training and UAT. Requirements - 5+ years of Oracle EPM consulting experience, with hands -on leadership in Oracle PBCS/EPBCS implementations. - Deep knowledge of FP&A;, budgeting, forecasting, and cost management processes. - Experience configuring forms, workflows, and Groovy -based business logic. - Robust understanding of Oracle ERP/HCM Cloud data flows and EPM integration techniques. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in multi -functional teams. - Experience working in Agile/iterative environments with frequent releases. - Oracle EPM Certification in PBCS or equivalent hands -on experience (preferred). .
