RoleSAP Payroll Support Consultant European ResponsibilitiesDeliver expert guidance and support throughout the implementation process, ensuring technical activities align with best practices and client requirements.Customize SAP Payroll solutions in accordance with customer requirements following Strada standards, and conduct system testing to validate functionality and compliance with specifications.Effectively manage priorities to meet established deadlines.Maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders and support other project members when required.Track project progress, documentation, and collaborate with project managers and project team to ensure timely milestone delivery.Demonstrate a strong understanding of HR business processes and the SAP HR architecture to ensure successful solution delivery within defined project timelines.Support golive activities ensuring payroll system readiness.QualificationsHandson experience in SAP HCM application.23 successful HCM support/implementations.Indepth knowledge of European country payrolleither Spain or Portugal configurationand a strong track record of delivering highquality HR system implementations/configurations.Strong client focus, accountability for results, and a clear commitment to team and project success, together with discretion in handling sensitive information.Fluent in English; German is a strong plus. Excellent communication skills and a clientfocused, collaborative mindset.Education & QualificationCandidate must possess at least a Bachelors/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Science & Technology, or an equivalent field.
