JOB DESCRIPTION Job Title: Senior QA Analyst Web, Marketing Documentation & Web App Testing Location: Chennai, India. Department: Digital Marketing Reports To: Director of Marketing, India Role Overview We are seeking a meticulous Senior QA Analyst to ensure the quality, accuracy, and usability of our websites, web applications, marketing documentation, and graphic design outputs. You will collaborate with product, digital marketing, and design teams to translate requirements into comprehensive test cases, ensuring all digital and marketing assets meet high -quality standards across platforms and devices. Key Responsibilities Web & Web Application Testing Execute comprehensive manual testing of websites, web apps, shopping platforms, and SwimDrive Web Apps Validate functionality, usability, responsiveness, and cross -browser/device compatibility Conduct multilingual testing to ensure proper content rendering and localization Marketing Documentation & Graphic Output QA Review and validate datasheets, user manuals, product catalogs, white papers, press releases, blogs, and brand -refresh documents QA all copy outputs and graphic design deliverables for accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment Verify SEO audit implementations and ensure recommendations are correctly applied Assess market requirement documents and other marketing materials for completeness and correctness Collaboration & Process Improvement Partner with developers, product managers, marketing, and design teams to clarify requirements and report defects Recommend improvements to QA processes, testing strategies, and content quality standards Maintain test repositories, document test cases, and provide actionable QA reports Tools & Reporting Track and manage defects in JIRA with clear reproduction steps, screenshots, and impact analysis Use Selenium for regression and repetitive functional testing where applicable Prepare QA summaries and dashboards for management and cross -functional teams Qualifications Required Bachelors degree in computer science, IT, or a related field 5+ years of experience in manual testing for websites, web apps, marketing documentation, and graphic design outputs Hands -on experience with Selenium and JIRA Strong analytical, problem -solving, and attention -to -detail skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills is a must Preferred Experience in multilingual websites and e -commerce platforms Familiarity with Shopify, WordPress, SEO and auditing outcomes Exposure to IT, web, and enterprise applications in fast -paced environments Key Competencies Highly detail -oriented with a curiosity -driven mindset Strong organizational and prioritization skills Collaborative, proactive, and self -motivated Comfortable working in a dynamic, evolving workplace If the above requirement matches your profile and if you are interested, please share your updates resume to hr or .
