Senior Data Management

In this role youll make an impact by: Provide strategic oversight and global support for master data platforms and database systems, ensuring high availability and efficient resolution of complex service requests and incidents.Lead the gathering and refinement of business and technical requirements, and oversee the creation of comprehensive solution designs, technical specifications, and documentation, including validation and UAT processes.Architect, design, and continuously enhance advanced database and MDM solutions to enable scalable, high-quality master data creation, validation, distribution, and governance, supporting business growth and transformation.Drive and lead data management programs and initiatives across the full lifecycledesign, development, testing, and deploymentensuring delivery of robust, scalable, and enterprise-aligned data solutions. To succeed in this role, you must hold Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or a closely related field.Over 5-9 years of proven experience in database design, development, and data engineering.Advanced proficiency in SQL, along with strong hands-on experience in ETL tools and scripting languages such as Python or Bash.In-depth knowledge of MDM platforms, complemented by a solid understanding of data governance frameworks and data flow optimization techniques.Proven track record of leading complex technical initiatives and delivering successful outcomes.Strong expertise in database architecture, data modeling best practices, and system integration approaches.Excellent English communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.Demonstrated ability to guide and influence strategic decisions through technical insight and domain expertise. Programming experience in one of these languages: C#, Java, Javascript. Experience with building and developing K2 (Nintext) workflows. An advantage if you have worked with SharePoint lists, document libraries, permissions and some configurations. .
