About the role
About We are seeking a passionate and research-oriented Intern to contribute to avionics and AI teams in analyzing radar and flight telemetry data to support system performance assessment, calibration, and model development. Description Key Responsibilities | Data Analysis & Processing • Analyze flight telemetry data (GPS, IMU, barometer, magnetometer) • Process radar data for target detection, tracking, and classification • Develop algorithms for data filtering, noise reduction, and feature extraction • Create visualizations and dashboards for flight performance monitoring | Model Development • Build predictive models for flight trajectory estimation • Develop machine learning models for anomaly detection in sensor data • Support development of digital twins for aerostat platforms | Reporting & Documentation • Prepare technical reports on data analysis findings • Document algorithms, methodologies, and validation results • Present findings to engineering and leadership teams Requirements • Pursuing or completed B.Tech/M.Tech in Data Science, Computer Science, or related field • Strong programming skills in Python (NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, Scikit-learn) • Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar) • Basic understanding of signal processing and time-series analysis • Familiarity with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) preferred • Knowledge of aerospace systems and sensor data is a plus • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills DESIRED
