About the role
Role Overview: You will be responsible for leading the end-to-end implementation of OpenShift Virtualization, including platform installation, networking (OVN-K), and storage (OpenShift Data Foundation/Ceph). Additionally, you will plan and execute large-scale VM migrations (from VMware or Hyper-V) using the Migration Toolkit for Virtualization (MTV) to ensure minimal downtime and data integrity. You will also build and maintain automated deployment pipelines using Ansible and GitOps principles for repeatable, production-ready environments. Acting as a technical liaison between the customer and Red Hat Product Engineering, you will identify product gaps and advocate for feature enhancements. Furthermore, you will lead a team of consultants on-site, provide technical oversight, and ensure best practices are followed throughout the project lifecycle.
