Process Chemist

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Process Chemist to join our team at Regaal Resources Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in chemistry and experience with chemical processes. Roles and Responsibility Develop and implement new chemical processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity. Conduct experiments and analyze data to optimize chemical reactions and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop new products and materials. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to chemical process development. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations. Maintain accurate records of experimental results and process improvements. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related field. Proven experience in chemical process development and optimization. Strong knowledge of chemical principles, thermodynamics, and kinetics. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
