Senior Engineer/Assistant Manager - Mechanical

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Engineer/Assistant Manager - Mechanical to join our team at Regaal Resources Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and excellent leadership skills. Roles and Responsibility Manage and oversee the design, development, and implementation of mechanical systems and projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements. Develop and maintain detailed designs, drawings, and documentation of mechanical systems. Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety standards. Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and technicians. Analyze data and troubleshoot issues to optimize system performance. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. Proven experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in a similar role. Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including design, development, and testing. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with industry-standard software and tools.
